The Beginning: World Educational Consulting
Apply ON AIR’s story begins with our founder, Jule Lee, who established World Educational Consulting in 2012. The company quickly earned a reputation across Asia for its expert consulting services, guiding students to English-speaking universities worldwide. With a strong foundation from the start, we provided high-quality, personalized admissions support to students from diverse Asian countries, helping them achieve their study abroad dreams for over a decade.

Expanding Horizons: Schools ON AIR
In 2023, we launched Schools ON AIR Inc. in Canada, a media-driven initiative producing and publishing authentic video tours of Canadian schools. By visiting campuses in person and showcasing real, unfiltered experiences, we made it possible for international students to explore Canadian education without setting foot in the country. The name “ON AIR” reflects this commitment to delivering live, genuine perspectives.

Innovation in Admissions: Apply ON AIR
Building on the success of Schools ON AIR, Apply ON AIR was introduced in 2024 as a dedicated application platform for Canadian K–12 schools, colleges, and universities. Leveraging our extensive network of partner institutions, the platform enables international students to submit applications easily while accessing exclusive cash-back scholarships.
